open- air windows and sweeping 280-degree panoramas of the Pacific Ocean. The

After open-air refreshments, guests continue their evening in the Private Dining
Room with an exquisite meal prepared by Studio’s talented culinary team.
Chef Boyce describes his fresh and forward-thinking approach to the culinary arts as modern-French with California influences; In addition to exquisite culinary dishes, Studio is home to an impressive selection of over 1900 wines
from all over the world.

 Spearheaded by Chef John Cuevas, The Loft features seasonal country cooking for
breakfast, lunch and dinner. Indoor and outdoor seating for up to 30 guests allows for panoramic
ocean vistas while a six-foot, copper-hooded rotisserie acts as the crowning
centerpiece. The menu ranges from seasonal salads to rotisserie-roasted meats
and seafood. An extensive cheese menu features rare artisan cheeses from all
over the world. With breezy and bright interiors, Arts and Crafts-style upholstered
chairs and lighting, white bead-board paneling, and vintage photographs, The
Loft will envelope you in Southern California ease.
ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS
 With seating for 12, the king’s table at the Boardroom offers a romantic
setting for an intimate private dining experience. The deep, dark colors provide
a dramatic library ambiance. A cozy lounge in the foyer creates a lovely reception
site. This rich décor, combined with gourmet cuisine and exceptional wine
pairings, make the boardroom pleasing to all your senses.

 Soft muted colors, grand chandeliers, wainscoting, large crown moldings and intricate
detailing make the 3200 square foot Gallery an impressive dining venue. The resort's
prestigious culinary team designs menus for up to 200 guests. A dedicated private
party sommelier also offers insight on the resort's impressive wine collection.
In addition, a romantic lounge-style reception area can be arranged to provide
